BEAUTY: Art--Matthew Radford

British artist Matthew Radford presents a different take on images that look as if they are on pause in a VCR. In Radford's work, the color is off as well as on pause. He paints a great deal of blurry street scenes as well and I can't help but think of how the British have had to get used to being on CCTV every inch of their public lives.
