The Succulent Cakes of Leslie Vigil

Joining the ranks of other bakers who make succulent cakes (Iven Kawi here and Alana-Jones Mann here), cake artist Leslie Vigil creates works that look like mini-succulent gardens complete with hens-and-chickens and string-of-pearls, sometimes with a terra cotta or stucco base which adds to the warm, garden-y illusion! Cute, and delicious because she makes the plants themselves out of buttercream frosting!
