BEAUTY: Painting--Jim Holland

New York-born painter Jim Holland visited Cape Cod in college and was smitten. He has been painting images of seaside cottages and Adirondack chairs ever since. The artist's bio says his work is "marked by stripped down realistic depiction and a sense of solitude often found in the work of Edward Hopper."
