BEAUTY: Art--Andrej Dúbravský

Czech-born, Slovakian-based Andrej Dúbravský is only 23 and still studying painting at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava but his work shows the skill and sensibility of an accomplished artist. His gestural expressionism is loose, appealing and fascinating while his anthropomorphic boy-bunnies hint at a complex inner mythology living and growing within the artist. Bunny soft sculptures showed up at a recent gallery show, "Brush and Bitch," featuring the work of Dúbravský.
