Regular readers know I have a thing for Tarot cards and playing cards used as divination tools. So I am pleased to share that artist Alexandra Eldridge collaborated with Tony Barnstone to create a tarot deck called The Radiant Tarot, full of charming animals and beautiful archetypal imagery.

The Somnia Tarot by Nicolas Bruno

Photographer Nicolas Bruno set himself the monumental task of creating an entire tarot deck. With references to the original Rider-Waite Tarot deck as well as Jungian archetypes, the Somnia Tarot is quite beautiful, utilizing live models and actual locations. Spanish artist Bran Sólo paints fascinating dream-like portraits of wistful men with secrets...

 

He also created a version of Tarot cards consisting only of 22 arcana cards.
