BEAUTY: Clothing--Oteyza

Spanish brand Oteyza (founded by Caterina Paneda and Paul García) presented an elegant Spring Summer 2021 collection for virtual Paris Fashion Week. The designers have made their names by reinventing Spanish elements like capes and hats with a modern vision and this collection feels like a cross between New Romantic looks of the 80s and Japanese architectural clothing...those collars, those hats! Lovely.
