R.I.P. Gary Wright

I was saddened to hear of Gary Wright's passing last week. I recall hearing his 1975 song "Dream Weaver" on the radio when I was eleven years old and falling in love with it. My mom and I were shopping in a department store (back when department stores had a vinyl record section!) soon after and saw his album of the same name. My mom said she liked the song too, and bought it for us. I still have it in a crate with other records, in my garage...

R.I.P. Gary, I hope you get to fly to the bright side of the moon. Maybe I'll see you on the other side someday.
